From there, we build a program using a comprehensive movement corrective library to address your specific needs in a 55min, 1:1 session. The aim of these sessions is to bridge the gap from rehab to strength training so that you can build the confidence to moving into our Leveled Training System and group-based strength training sessions as well as all those fun outdoor adventures we know our clients love! We recommend these sessions for anyone whether you're experiencing a current injury, working with a manual therapist or finished a rehab program with one, feeling unready for group classes or experiencing recurring issues that are occurring from training or exercising consistently
